Works for 3d printer
This worked great on a Voxelab proxima resin 3d printer. There is a protective film on both sides. One side of the film has a very weak adhesive, the other doesn’t. It needed to be slanted 10-15 degrees for maximum light blockage. I had several bubbles under the film but it does not appear to be affecting print quality at all. No complaints.

They Work, Are A Bit Dark
I used this to repair the screen of a GameBoy Pocket. It definitely worked, but now the screen is a bit darker than I would like. It's fine though, I can still play my GB games in decent lighting.

Why sticky doe?
Okay yeah it do what it say it do.It will in fact polarize light based on its orientationComes with protective film on it though. On both sides. This film ruins the polarizing effect, so it must be removed. And one side has adhesive, so you now get a film that you must adhere immeaditly, or it will collect particles that ruin the optical quality. Its fine I suppose. The glue is a major bummer.

LOW QUALITY: These filters, at 90° to each other, darken but aren’t black
When linearly polarizing filters are at 90° to each other, they are supposed to occlude almost all light. I see these filters darkening at 90°, but not well. I believe they are linearly polarizing. I also believe that the polarizing line pitch isn’t dense enough for these to work well.

Removes Reflections
I purchased this polarizing film for use with a rear dash-cam, in order to reduce reflections from windshields, making potential identification of drivers possible. The number of careless, angry, and impatient drivers makes dash-cams essential safety gear. The polarizing film is sandwiched between two protective sheets. Clean the window class carefully, leaving no lint or residue. To install the film, remove the protective sheet from the sticky side. Leave the other film in place to protect the polarizer from scratches during installation. Spray the film and class with distilled water and dish soap solution. Use a rubber squeegee to smooth the film on the glass, from the center outward. Once the water is removed, the film will stick securely, without bubbles or gaps. Then remove the other protective film for full transparency.
