I am 79 years old and my gums are receding so that I can feel ridges at the top of my upper teeth that food often gets stuck in. For the most part my teeth are still in good shape and I seldom have cavities, but over time, I have had 3 of the back chewing teeth pulled because of cracks or old capped teeth that went bad. At any rate, I have 3 spots where chewing teeth used to be that are gone. Since two of these teeth are on one side, upper and lower, chewing on that side has been difficult, and sometimes painful with crunchy foods. The other side has only one tooth missing, but chewing on this side pushes foods into the spot where the tooth is missing. I do have a good set of chewing teeth on each side that is behind the missing teeth. Obviously, eating and properly chewing foods takes a bit more time in positioning foods to the good sets of teeth. Food that gets into the spots where teeth are missing has been painful, especially with crunchy food that I love. I have been using this toothpaste for about a week and brush my teeth consistently twice a day with an electric toothbrush. So, far, I have noticed that the gum pain where the teeth are missing is gone. Although I am still careful about how I chew foods, I no longer have sore gums after dinner. My breath does feel fresh after using this toothpaste, but, as yet, I have not noticed any whitening of my teeth. As for any effects of gum repair for the receding gums, the truth is yet to be told. I have a dental appointment next month and they will tell me whether there is any difference. At this point, I am happy that my gums don't hurt after every dinner. I will update this review after my next dental appointment as to whether this toothpaste has helped with the receding gums. I'm sure any improvement will not be overnight. I have these on subscription for my mom who has sensitive teeth/gums. Her dentist has told her to continue using it as it has had a great effect on her gums and she has also noticed the difference. Highly recommend getting them!

I've been using this consistently for nearly 2 years and suppose my lifetime. Can't say whether it stops gum recession but they aren't bleeding either which has to be a GOOD sign. I brush with it morning and night. I have lost several teeth in the past 3 years and wish I'd started using this years ago. May have made a differece. I have two more teeth with issues. One is actually loose; the pain comes & goes. I know it would have fell out months/years ago if I were not using this. Twice daily brushing with water flossing works wonders. I feel decay cannot set in as long as your mouth is clean. I do recommend this product to anyone with periodontal issues.

I am really impressed with this toothpaste! My dentist recommended Sensodyne, but I hate the taste. After some research, I chose to buy Paradontax Active Gum Repair. I thought it would take some time to notice a difference. I received the toothpaste on July 18th and had my checkup on July 24th, so I had only used it for a week. The dentist was amazed by the condition of my teeth and gums and asked what I was doing. I do use a Sonicare toothbrush and a water flosser, but my gums would still get inflamed. However, my gums felt less sensitive right after I started using Paradontax. The hygienist mentioned there was no plaque, tartar, or bleeding gums. I will keep using this product to prevent plaque and enhance my gum health. Plus, it tastes much better than Sensodyne. I honestly did not expect such rapid results, and I am confident that my oral health will keep improving.

This toothpaste is fantastic! I’ve used sensitive toothpaste for years, but my teeth would still be bothering me from time to time. My dentist didn’t tell me I had gum disease, but my gums were receding where the sensitivity was. Since using this toothpaste, my sensitivity has subsided and my gums feel healthier. The freshness of the toothpaste is great as well. Overall, my mouth feels great after brushing my teeth with this toothpaste.

Only used maybe 3 times and it looks like cured my gingervitis But it if you want to reverse gum disease

I have ordered the package that comes in 3. My order was placed in July, and the product expires in august. I have to throw them away since there is no use of this!
