What we received must have been old stock, because it would not gel even using double the usual amount.

Après réhydratation, elles se dissolvent rapidement et offrent un pouvoir gélifiant parfaitement conforme à mes attentes. Je n’ai constaté aucun goût résiduel dans les desserts. Comparées à d’autres marques que j’ai utilisées auparavant, les résultats sont tout aussi satisfaisants. La quantité fournie est généreuse et le prix très abordable. Un produit fiable, pratique et efficace que je recommande sans hésitation aux amateurs de pâtisserie.

This set of multiple gelatin sheets is such a great deal! You get plenty of silver grade, fast acting gelatin leaves in a large enough quantity you won’t need to buy too often! It’s a great quality product, so easy to work with. Make sure you keep the moisture control packs inside, especially if you live in a humid climate-best way to keep them is in an airtight container to be sure the sheets don’t stick together with any moisture.

These were a little bit pricey, but they did exactly what I needed them to do. I use them to build a gingerbread house so they acted as glass for the windows.
