Great product with good filtering components. Our water has no odor and tastes great! It was easy to replace and fit perfectly! It was a great, upgraded, replacement and so much less expensive than the previous filters purchased at Home Depot and Lowes!

What else can I say...it works, it fits, and the water seems fine. Easy to replace, and I bought two by accident, but the price for two was less than the manufacturer price for one, so...easy decision. :)

This works for my side-by-side refrigerator (Kenmore made by Whirlpool). However, the bottom that slides into the groove is a tad smaller than the hole/groove, so it's a little tricky to get the filter back into the bottom of the refrigerator. But, once it's in, it works as it's suppose to.

When we bought our house it came with an older model side by side refrigerator. It was clean, worked well, and I didn’t feel the need to buy something new. However, I wanted to replace the filter. I had no idea when or if the previous owner had kept up on the filter maintenance. The red indicator light showed it needed to be taken care of. Filters are expensive, so I started researching Amazon to see if I could find a “generic” at a better price. I also prefer to order stuff online; it’s just easier. I was pleased when I came across this item and the price was right. I double checked the number on the old filter before I placed my order. The package arrived quickly and the filter looked exactly like the old one. It installed really easily with no issues. I have not experienced any leaking. I have not noticed a strange taste or weird offensive odor to my water, as others have mentioned. I have well water, so who knows if that makes some kind of a difference; I don’t have the added chemicals cities put in their water supply to begin with. The ice maker is producing clear, tasteless ice cubes. And I am thinking the cubes aren’t sticking together like they did before? Maybe I have just been examining them more closing. Anyway, I have had a positive experience and would recommend this seller and the refrigerator filters.

Slightly different design, but works great. Low cost was a big plus.

I have always had good luck with these filters. My fridge is quite old and I am happy that I can still find filters to fit.
