Hoja Verde Dieters Nutri-Slim Tea (Extra Strength) - 1.3oz

I like this tea amongst the other diet teas. I recommend to take daily at night with dinner. I like this most essential because it does not give me cramped pains like the ballerina tea does. This is like diarrhea without the cramping. You will remove all that was consumed throughout the day. I lost 5 pounds in a week with dieting(no sugar and low carbs). I will continue to use daily only at night after work only. Takes about 1-2 hours to get going 1-2 times throughout the night. After that you will be ready for the next day. Hope this review helps

I like this tea. It really works!

Works like a laxative.

I have used this off and on over the last 10+ years. It is a mild laxative, but also a diuretic, so it will help clean your system out. I have always blended with a flavored green tea (make a larger batch of boiling water and 1 bag Nutri-Slim and 1 bag your favorite tea) and drink it cold on ice and it works just the same. This is NOT the same as Nutra-Slim, with an A and not an I in Nutri-Slim. I do not believe this has Senna so the laxative reaction is not the same (less so).For first time users I highly suggest easing in with a milder blend first time around and see how it goes. Next day or two make your adjustment to a heavier steep. This is good to help kick-start a diet by immediately shedding some water and bowel weight - everyone's a little different in strength -vs- results so use your own head.
