its just a mug, what a ripoff

Does not hold temperature well, but amazing product otherwise.

This is the best tea mug I have purchased. I have purchased more tea steeper mugs than any human has a right to. I have also broken more tea steeper mugs than any human should. I am rough on my tea equipment. I microwave my water like a heathen and have dropped my lid off the top several times. I know this is not invincible but it is tough as nails and larger than average. I love this thing. I will probably buy more of them.

i was searching for a new coffee mug that I could seat in the LoveSac drink holder as the handle is too low in all of the ones I already have (and most of the coffee mugs out there). This one caught my eye, even though it's advertised for tea drinkers. I'm glad I took the chance, as it's absolutely beautiful. Sturdy, well made and works with LoveSac's drink holders perfectly. The tea infuser that came with it will fit on just about any mug you own, which is an added bonus. There's a lid too, although I probably won't use it -- only because I'd be knocking it off every time I absent-mindedly reached for my drink without taking my eyes away from my computer. But it's also beautiful and fits the mug like a dream. I purchased the black "Nightwaves" color, which is a muted matte black (almost grey) and just gorgeous. This is now the nicest mug in my cupboard and I hope to be singing its praises for years to come.

I love these mugs. I have two, but I really like the color of this one. My mug arrived without the infuser; I messaged the company and they shipped one to me fairly quickly. I’ve had my first mug for a few years and have had no issues with it. Just be careful with the lids, I dropped one and it cracked in half on my counter.
