This 12 pack of Amazon Basics highlighters is such a great value. The colors are bright and vibrant, and they don’t bleed through the paper. Nice highlighters at a fair price - with one complaint. The last highlighters I bought were totally round (including the cap) - and they were constantly rolling all over whatever surface I placed them on. I spent more time picking them up off the floor than I did using them. These markers are a little better in that regard - but not by much. I'm not the only person with this gripe - and someone (Hello Amazon!) could make some big bucks if they made all colors of highlighters with an anti-roll-off-the-counter design. Please chime in if you agree.

Looks just like other brand names. The size is equivalent to that of brand names. Color variety is plenty but I my preference is the neon yellow which is even better and brighter than the Sharpie brand that I've used for years. It doesn't smear. It appears the longevity of these are just as good as brand names and maybe better. I will continue to order these as needed.

I like these much better than the name brand ones I had at work. The colors are prettier, especially the pink. They also don't make ink smear as much as other brands when you're highlighting over pen and get that gross grey smear. Orange and purple can be hard colors to find, and the purple is better than other brands I've used. It's dark, but not so dark that you have trouble reading what you've highlighted like some others I've used.
