Purchased mainly for the gloves.I did read how some reviewers did not like how the gloves "stuck" to their hair and tho this is true, for me it is not a problem. Maybe it's because my hair is shorter. There is still a feeling of heat but they work ok for me.The combs and clips are a bonus as is the silicon pouch.

The gloves fit my small hand and offer ample protection from the heat of my curling iron.

I use the highest heat setting on my styling tools. As long as you don't grip the hot barrel for long, the gloves work great. They are more of a guard. The clips are the best I've personally used and they hold large amounts of hair. The combs are great quality and would compare to professional grade. The silicone sleeve is also a nice guard if you need to put your tools down to cool and do not want them out where you can accidently touch them while hot. Very happy with these products.

This is a nice set for a great price! Unfortunately I had to return it because the silicone bumps on the gloves really pulled at my fine hair. I was not able to separate strands of hair and let the hair glide through the gloves while wrapping it around the iron. Will have to try a different glove with a smooth texture.
