I could not find any information about the gauge/weight of these in the listing so I bough them on hope. They are indeed very heavy gauge and high quality. Highly recommended!

I purchased these trays to use in a drying rack to cure cold process soap. They are aluminum, so I added a chrome wire cooling rack inside the trays to put the soap on. It leaves enough space under the soaps for air to get to the bottoms. Each tray had 56 bars of cold processed soap on it, which is pretty heavy. They hold up to the weight perfectly.

I have a home bakery and purchased these to use on a rack to give me some much needed space to store drying cookies.They work perfectly!I cant bake on them as they dont fit in my oven so I cant speak to that, but they are nice and sturdy like the pans at the grocery store bakery where I used to be a manager.

Mix Wholesale was very helpful with a question I had about the pans. I'm using the pans for the temporary storage of handmade candles as they cool and for soap, which I store for several months as they cure. The trays are definitely sturdy enough for this purpose.

I bought these for crafts of various kinds. Some trays hold heavier items and the trays are sturdy enough to hold quite a bit. They slide out of the cart easily, one tray is somewhat warped, but still works fine.
