Title: Powerful & Effective — but Has Some Design Flaws Review
I’ve only used this for two nights, and I’m already impressed by how well it works — it really leaves your mouth feeling clean. However, there are two things that bother me. First, the water tank is small — I have to refill it at least three times to get through one flossing session. Second, even after emptying the tank, there always seems to be some water left inside the device overnight. I’m concerned about hygiene and potential mold over time. I wish there was a way to fully drain it and let it dry completely.Great performance, but the design could use a few tweaks.

Item defective. Does not charge.
Packaging was fine but upon unpacking and trying to charge the item it does not charge. I tried different charger from my previous waterpik, I tried different sockets. Nothing worked so I'm unable to use it and the seller is not accepting my refund request.

كان عندي الجهازالقديم من نفس الشركة تم عندي خمس سنوات وكان ممتاز بس اخترب واضطريت اغيره، خذت هذا وكان في فرق من ناحية الصوت والضغط والشحن واغلب الاشياء افضل لكن في اهتزاز غير مريح اذا خليت الضغط عالي الراس يهتز ما ارتحت للتنظيف.
