If my order has arrived totally melted, why can't I ask for a replacement? Ordered it several times before, but looks like never again...

Gah. I almost would have rather mine came melted and semi-edible than what they did to me!!! Spend almost $60 on a 24count box of truffles and they sent a freaking canister of hot chocolate!!!! Then of course I don’t get a replacement or refund because it’s a “non returnable food item” … even though I’m not asking to return, just to be made right. Two thumbs down.

Is there butter in the ingredients of these chocolates (Godiva)?

the fillings are ganache ith nuts,,sea salt and caramel no butter in the list

What is the difference between this box and the one with a red ribbon? The one with a red ribbon is much cheaper and looks like the same contents

well the difference is in the fillings of the Truffles,,the red ones are chocolate filled,,and basically taste like a solid piece of chocolate,,,,this one has a ganache and nuts,,sea salt and Caramel,,,etc more tasty if you are buying for yourself,,,but if just giving it as a christmas gift you could get by ith the cheaper version,,,and only you ill know there is a difference

How many days can keep in the room temperture?

thats a funny question since at room temperature they are so edible the rarely stay around because yousee them and would like another taste ,,but excluding eating them in less than a week,,,,they last about 10 days if your temp is not too high otherwise last longer but because they are delicious in my house they do not last morethan a week,,,because we eat them

The best chocolates I’ve ever had

I sent these chocolates to my mother-in-law for her birthday. She’s 93 years old her husband‘s 97. They have traveled the world and had every kind of chocolates and treats from all over. And they both said these were the best chocolates they have ever had. So I know what they’re getting for Christmas.

Great chocolate. downside arrived on a hot day late in the afternoon. The freeze pack was completely melted and the chocolate was very soft. It wasn't too much of a problem. just stuck it in the fridge
