LG Stylo 6 Android Smartphone – 64 GB - White (White, Global Unlocked) (Renewed)

I love this phone! I am SO glad that I finally got my new replacement phone, since my old LG Stylo 6 was not charging correctly do to the fact that it got dropped while it was charging and it dropped right on the charging area and broke my brand be 10' cord snapping the charging piece right off the cord and the phone got cracked in the charging area.I had to rig it a certain way for it to charge and sometimes it wouldn't charge at all.

The phone itself was excellent quality even the styless had a chip. I left it in my living room and when i turned phone on first thing it told me was that my styles was far from me and to not forget it. I thought that was pretty cool however when it got to the part of configuring w my sd card it said cannot configure and then immediatly my electricity started going in and out like it was drawing electric from my house however i did not have it even plugged in my outlet so i immediatly took my card out and turned phone off and come to find out it made my card no longer good either but im pretty sure it was not unlocked and basically was a antitheft security or even if it was encrypted or something but ive never experienced anything like it and immediatly called amazon which i did not qualify for a refund but they still gave it to me w no ? S asked which leads me to believe i was on to something but as far as the phone itself i could tell was high quality and def in excellent condition. I wouldnt have been able to tell if it was new or not if i was asked so very pleased w how well it was refirbished and very pleased w support from amazon.

A few things were different in software but it works as expected. It is a GO for this.

First off I was very unhappy with the way this was shipped. The phone was wrapped in one layer of taped on bubble wrap and just rattling around loose in the box with an aftermarket cord, charger and sim removal tool. At least it was in a box and not an envelope? But based on the way it looked, being tossed around in the box with minimal padding did not do the phone any favors. It has minor scratches and imperfections that can be seen at arms length.Phone was unlocked as advertised, and I was able to transfer my service easily, however I was unable to text or use most apps. It will not send pictures. It will not do any type of group chat. I kept getting error messages. Strong signal, so not a connection issue.After hours on the phone with my service provider and the phone manufacturer and taking it in to a dealer in person, it was determined that the phone I bought was defective.I tried to save a little money on what seemed to be a safe low risk way to purchase a used phone and lost far more in time than the tiny bit of cash I tried to save was worth. Lesson learned, not worth it to purchase Amazon Renewed. At least returns are easy.

Phone arrived in 9 days when i opened box & took phone out turned phone on the screen was glitching & pushing letters and froze definitely returned it so now waiting on a replacement

Phone itself is nice and fast. and got awsome battery life. And i order a bring your own phone sim card kit for it. Well i called tracfone to switch sim cards and switch my mins over well. They told me that they could not switch my stuff over due to. My phone not being on their list of phones that is bring your own phone. So they only thing i could do was put my old sim card in my new phone. Now i can text and i can call out. But nobody can call me. No phone calls will come into my phone. I was without a phone for a few months before i was able to buy this phone. So no this phone can not be used on tracfone. Well it can but it will not work completely. And if i wanted a nee phone. I would have to send this phone back and buy a older phone. Witch i didnt want. I want this phone. And the item said that you can use this with any network and that is a lie.
