He works at a Top Headache Clinic. So when he recommends something, I try it. We've had a number of fails, but this one was a win. I spent a month looking in stores for Boswellia, finding none and most pharmacist having never heard of it. So I just went to Amazon. Glad I gave it a try. I am sensitive to medications and supplements. I can't even take a daily multi-vitamin because they make me feel nauseated. Boswellia does not. I am a life long migraine mess, the last 15 years I've had chronic migraine. I've been getting botox injections for migraine for over a year. And while it helps with the severity, it does little for the frequency. Boswellia on the other hand reduces the severity of my migraines and also has helped with frequency. I have been taking it daily for 3 months. Long enough to tell if it's placebo effect or real effect. It's real. Swanson brand was the original brand I tried. And since it helps, I will continue with this brand. The pills are capsules. And they smell a bit like frankincense. Given what Boswellia IS... that makes sense.
