A good, sturdy knucklebuster. Will stand up well to irritated servers and bartenders should the computers ever go down.

Is what we needed. But it pretty difficult to use it. U really have to pull it hard. I wish some how it can be soft n smooth when u swiping it.

Wasnt extremely happy with the purchase, as this item was not as easy to operate as described. You have to hold down the charge slip after you get the card in the space, and hope the card doesnt slip out while you are trying to slide the handle over both. I feel the machine should have a better holding place for the card. It will work in a pinch, if you are like me and dont have a wireless terminal (when using for fairs or other events), or a cell phone that takes the card swipe things. Just a note here: This machine uses the short charge slips.

works perfectly, sales slips fit perfectly in the guides and stay in place, adjustable imprint works perfectly, works with any credit or debit card with the card number embossed into the card.

With the unit I received, when you try to use a long form the roller that imprints the merchant plate does not engage (go into the imprint position). Once in a blue moon it will work, but nearly every time I tried to use it, it failed. So, in my experience it will not work properly with the long forms.

we supply one of the manual imprinters to all of our stores, JUST IN CASE the VeriFone goes down. They come in handy

Not the easiest in the world to use, but for the price, it's worth it. Make sure you adjust the pressure of each of the two rollers and test it before putting into use.

cheaply cheaply made - but cheap price too - on the fence about spending the money on this item. will work in a pinch I guess
