The medium blonde shade is a gorgeous, natural color that blends perfectly with my hair. What really stands out is how it totally covers my greys. After using it, I’m left with a smooth, even color that looks completely natural. The formula is easy to apply, and it doesn’t have a strong chemical smell, which is a nice bonus.

I have used Schwartzkopf Igora Red 5.1 with 9%/30 developer for the last few years but I've found it harder to cover greys even though I left it on for 45 minutes to an hour. I used 50/50 color/developer. I read about the new 10 and bought it taking the advice of the reviewers. First, I bought a "blonde" shade 7.12 even though I have medium ash brown hair with lighter highlights. This was the correct color. Since it works so fast and putting it on your roots takes a while, you may need to work faster to get even coverage. But I found 10 minutes was right. Another minute might have been okay, but it goes dark fast. I followed one reviewer and used an approximately 60% color blend with 40% 9/30 developer. I will see how long it holds but for now, I am impressed. Previously, I got reactions on my scalp from leaving the original mixture on for an hour. This, though stronger doesn't stay on so long so I believe is less irritating. This product is an improvement for sure. These colors are really good and avoid brassiness.

Using this product has changed my life! I'm allergic to color, so a fast option is always a hit for me! It works well, covers my gray and doesn't cause me to itch. If you have allergies it's a good product. Before I can itch I'm rinsing it out! For darker hair use a one to one ratio

I use this color on my boyfriend. It's exactly the same color as his natural hair color. It doesn't totally cover it all his grey hairs on the sides of his head but it looks very natural and not at all like he dyes his hair. They do make a line for grey's.

Medium Smokey blond: I was terrified by the amount of hair lost after washing my hair. I can now see areas in my scalp!!!.It also made my hair so dry and darken it at least 2 shades. My hair was medium blond and it is now dark brown. I usually use this shade from other brands, but decided to use this brand and now I regret it. I will now have to pay a lot to fix my lost damaged hair, then will have to bleach it which will add more damage to my hair!!!!
