I have tried melatonin, valerian root, teas, the list goes on...you name it odds are I have tried it. Well, these things work! My wife can't believe it, sometimes I am out before her which was NEVER the case in the past. If I am having a particularly stressful week sometimes I will take a little california poppy extract just before bed which seems to work synergistically with it. You don't feel drugged or sedated, just more calm and relaxed. I am better able to "let go" and drift off to sleep.
