They are made in china. I do not own any winco dishers. They are complete crap. I tried to return the one that i bought from amazon but they said keep it and refunded my money. Even amazon does not want it. I have several sizes of vollrath. Some say made in japan, made in korea and others just say Wisconsin

what # is the 1 inch diameter inch scoop?

There is a scoop item # ISS-100 which is 1 1/8 in diameter. That is the smallest
