I have long type 3 curly hair with super dry ends. Which product Smoothie or Jelly would help with getting the ends curly?

I haven’t tried the smoothie yet, but the jelly works great for my daughter!!! She wouldn’t ever wear her hair down because it would just poof and frizz and tangle. Now, with the jelly, she has defined unfrizzy curls. So pretty!
