Easy to Swallow
I was concerned about the size of the Barlean's Lignan Flax Oil Softgels, so I also bought the liquid version in the same brand as a backup. Although it is the size of a quarter (see photo), I found it was very easy to swallow and literally slid down my throat, likely due to the coating on it.

Barleans flax seed oil is great but should be in a glass bottle.
Barlean's Flax seed oil is superior. BUT it should be in a glass bottle. Using plastic containers contributes to climate change because the process of making plastic releases green house gases. The plastic container leaches plastic into the flax seed oil. All plastic containers leach plastic into foods and supplements. Plastic is made from petroleum.
