I like the fact that it is lightweight and you can hear very good with these brand. I previously used Littman, but I switched to this brand after seeing a colleague with one. Very happy with it!!

Yo compré este estetoscopio hace 7 años, y me ha servido excelente y de lo mejor. Se oye bien. Lo habia comprado porque no podia comprar un littman y creo que fue una excelente inversion ya que me ha durado desde entonces. quiero cambiarlo por la version 609 lite ya que me ha ido muy bien con esta. lo unico fue que se le cayo una de las olivas y no encuentroel repuesto... pero pro lo demas sigue muy bien.

I am a ACNP and work in a university medical center ER. I used littmann Scopes for years then tried ADC, I have to say I will not purchase another littmann. ADC Scopes are half the price with acoustics that are as good if not better than littmann. ADC Scopes have a longer warranty as well. People always want to walk away with your littmann scope and my ADC Scopes work so well that people will leave their littmanns and take my ADC scope (not a bad trade off) but I prefer ADC over any other scope. Can't say enough about the quality and clinical performance of ADC.
