Wonderful
We love our Timio. This system is great for my son to independently access songs, stories and games without a screen. He has been using it since he was 15 months and still loves it now at 22 months. I was a bit worried that the dinosaur noises would scare him but they don’t and the bug noises are just hilarious. Some of the song choices on the Nursery Rhymes are a bit odd though.

After 1 year, glad we got it
Original version 1 TIMIO used with my 1 year old who just turned 2. Used question mode but I had to answer the question for him when he was 1. He could press buttons and learn the vocabulary himself. By the time he turned 18 months, he was changing his own discs and answering quiz mode. I recommend this product especially for young kids if you are interactive with them. Now that he is 2 years old, he can turn over the Timio and turn on the switch himself and then select a disc and story himself. Also because he has seen me do it over the past year he can also select volume level and languages himself. I’ve got other types of products like this but this is the one I would purchase if only getting one. Not sure I would purchase if not interacting with the child early on though.

Not perfect
Ordered an extra pack of discs and 2 out of 10 wouldn't work correctly. They would either select the wrong picture with the audio or not finish the song or phrase before it just cut off. But the rest work fine if you have them fully placed on the Timio.

Our toddler daughter has speech delay and we were looking for something to entertain and engage her while also building vocabulary. Timio is perfect for this purpose! Our daughter quickly figured out how it works, and she will play with it during quiet time and also brings it to bed to listen to lullabies.

Mon enfant de 3 ans à la radio Timio et nous lui offrons régulièrement pour diverses raisons des packs de CD à thème. À la fin il les aira tous. Il aime les changer seul, écouter les histoires, les chansons, apprendre les noms des instruments de musique par exemple. Les mini jeux sont ludiques. C'est parfait car il n'y a pas de petites pièces, l'enfant peut manipuler seul sans danger.

Dommage qu'un CD sur les légumes ne fonctionne pas sur le lot de 5 CD. Sinon ce petit poste est une belle découverte !
