Wonderful Low Carb Alternative for Bread!!
A friend of mine recommended this low carb product and I love it! For me, the most challenging part of going low carb is missing bread for sandwiches and dips. I lay the lavash bread out, spread mayo on the side that will touch the pan, place cheese on the inside so when I flip it, it holds it together as well as when I cut & eat it. I put my sandwich ingredients on top of one side of the cheese then start the toasting process to cook & melt the cheese then fold the one side onto the other to make something that resembles a quesadilla. The mayo works really well for a beautifully crispy exterior but butter will work fine. You can’t taste the mayo in case mayo isn’t your favorite thing. These are also good plain/uncooked but I’m a fan of the crunch I get from toasting these, which also brings out the flavors of the bread. If I have a low carb dip, I cut these into tortilla chip size pieces, brush with olive oil on a parchment lined baking sheet and toast them in the oven until they are lightly toasted and gently sprinkle with a tad bit of Himalayan salt. There’s so many things you can do with the lavash bread and the pitas!! These have become a staple in my pantry! I highly recommend these!

If you haven't had bread in a while, this is a great option!
My husband has been doing the keto diet, and I have been doing the Atkins diet, for quite some time. We were missing bread — and being able to make a sandwich. Joseph's lavash bread is great for this. It's thin, so it's going to make more like a wrap or a pita, but it is tasty. You can use it for a flat bread pizza, too. If you haven't been able to eat bread for a while, you can wrap up your low-carb meat and cheese in this, and if you like even grill it, and still stay below your carb count (I try to stay under 20 grams of carbs, so this is definitely a hit to that total, but manageable). I froze some of it, and it thawed out perfectly fine a week or two later. It's expensive for bread -- but my grocery store nearby doesn't stock it, and other bread has several times the number of carbs, so if you're on the low-carb plan and hungry for bread, this is a fix that I think is worth paying for.

Tasty and healthy
I bought the lavash to try to make lower carb and calorie crackers. But before I got around to trying that I used it to make a lower carb pizza. It turned out great. I even got a crispy crust. The pitas were very good also. Nice flavor. Very thin but worked great for pita sandwiches.

FINALLY, AN AWESOME LOW CARB, HIGH FIBER, & GREAT TASTING PRODUCT TO REPLACE BREAD
I can't tell you enough how delicious these pitas and flat bread are. My personal favorite are the pitas, but I do like the flat bread too. It appears my mom does as well, because every time I turn around she still has a full loaf of her bread and eating my Joseph's low carb products. I just wish the price was more reasonable and I truly believe they'd sell a lot more of it if the price was lower, because I have friends, family, and work colleagues that have tasted it and like it, but not willing to pay the price of it. I can't find it in stores either, so that's a little disappointing as well. I'd give 5 stars if they'd have the option to get 4 packs of the pitas in the combo price, rather than being forced to get 2 packs of pitas and 2 packs of flat bread, or if they just lowered the price in general!

Macros friendly
Great product for those counting macros. Low in carbs and fat and high in protein. Nice taste, make great wraps and crisp up nicely in the oven with ground chicken breast and cheese for a filling high protein low carb meal. They are both thin but not too thin that they are impractical. The pita is able to be opened and stuffed without falling apart and I love how the edges of the lavash crisp in the oven.

some great, some horrible
The pitas are fantastic!! I ordered more of those and use them often!! The lavash is gross. I tried to eat it but it tasted exactly like I would imagine cardboard to taste. I threw it away. YMMV
