I want to use this for Hulk costume. How do you apply this?

We used this make up last year when we dressed up as green army men. It works great and stays on really good. I applied the powder mehron makeup as a base coat around my eyes and nose. I then used sponge squares and applied it in a blot motion for several layers. I've used this product several times in the past without a powder base, so it's really just your preference. Clean up was very easy too! Good luck!

Can this be used in hair?

Yes. I've used the black, white and also the glow in the dark in hair and it came out with shampoo. No problem

Would you recommend this for a hulk costume?

Absolutely yes! I used this paint to turn my sister-in-law and her friend into She-Hulk and Hulk for Comic Con last year. They were a hit!

Is this the right shade of green for a witch ?
