Customer Service is Top Notch!
I like that this product is inexpensive, that it is compact, and it is easy to use and works well for a while. After a few months of using it multiple times a day, it started malfunctioning. It would freeze even though the DVD was brand new, and one time the aspect ratio was weird. The last time it froze, it kept opening and closing the tray by itself even when turned off and wouldn't play anymore. I wrote to the email address on the DVD player for technical support and I got a response right away. They are sending me a new DVD player to replace the other one because it is still under warranty. I am very impressed by the customer service!

Good DVD player for the price
This is a good DVD player for the price, everything works the way it should for CDs and DVDs, and was easy to hook up. At my age, it should last the rest of my life

Don't buy this one
Played great out of the box but not long after. It stopped wanting to turn on with the remote and the button on the player. Company knew of this problem and had a blog for when it happens. unplug and plug it back in until it will turn on. occasionally it would work. Fun part is it would sit unused for months then just up and turn itself on. mistakenly I took advantage of it and loaded a disk. Halfway through it turned off and would not restart. until much later it started the movie where it left off and finished it. I had to take it apart to retrieve my DVD. I have another brand now that works. and even has lots of nice features.

Works great. My son is happy to have his movies back.

Funky controls
Seems to work fine. Controls are funky, but after trial and error I usually see what I want to.

Did not work properly, it does not play blur ray disks, and it doesn’t have good picture quality.

I ordered the DVD player for my parents and it was easy to install and setup. It plays all regions which is why we got it. It has great picture and works great. My parents love that it also plays music and has a USB port. My parents did have an issue but we contacted the company and they responded quickly and fixed the issue.
