Review: Sturdy and strong, but heavy. - This is a quality, sturdy rising desk topper. But no joke, it is heavy! It took 2 people to put it on my desk. Although I can lift it up, I have to really brace myself to get that bit of momentum you need for the hydrolic to kick in. If you aren’t very strong (I’m a 5’3” woman, so you don’t have to be crazy strong), this might not be for you. However, it’s got my monitor, several desk accessories, keyboard, and usually a book to two on it, and it is sturdy. It’s also large enough to hold all of that plus space for a notebook, writing materials to take notes during a meeting with room to spare, and that’s what I was looking for. If everything I need to work doesn’t rise up together, I can’t really work standing up. Great purchase.

This is a quality, sturdy rising desk topper. But no joke, it is heavy! It took 2 people to put it on my desk. This product is fantastic. I previously had a stand with multiple layers for keyboard, etc. and I didn't like it at all. I love that this is simple, flat, and very sturdy, and wide enough to have a notebook to write. I highly recommend if you are looking for a flat non layered stand.
