Pyrex1003-1CN Heavy Duty Griffin 1003 1L Beaker Double Scale Graduate, Glass

I have several of these pyrex 1003 heavy duty griffin beakers, they are around 5mm thick, super nice, the best out there in my price range, great beakers , no regrets!! They are flawless..

These are the best beakers I've found at this price.

I like the 1000 ml beaker that I purchased almost a year ago (2019-12-19) for about $25. I use it for sourdough starter because the straight walls make it easy to wipe sides down with a spatula after mixing.I wanted to get another one but the current price is 150% in just less than a year. Can you say “hyper-inflation”.

I brought this to replace one that broke from a set. It's held up great, quite thicker and sturdier than my last one. I will be replacing my others as these break with this brand.

I put 200ml of room temperature water into this 1L beaker and left it uncovered in the freezer overnight. In the morning the base and bottom 1"-2" of the wall had shattered. I thought it was supposed to be "heavy duty." Couldn't even freeze water one time without failing.

This Pyrex beaker is great in the kitchen. Boiling liquids don't hurt it and its big enough to handle largs amounts of hot soup, gravy; sauce or braising liquid. Quickly became indispensable in my kitchen.

This beaker is definitely heavy duty Pyrex! Much thicker than other beakers. Highly recommend
