Disappointed
Absolutely disappointed with this product. The blood glucose meter consistently shows wrong and misleading readings, always falling between 100–140 mg/dL, no matter what the actual sugar level is. This is not a minor issue—it is dangerous, especially for people who rely on accurate readings to manage diabetes. I tested the device multiple times, compared it with a standard lab test and the results were completely inconsistent. A medical device providing false readings is unacceptable and puts customers’ health at risk. I feel cheated after buying this product. I am already preparing to file a complaint in the Consumer Court for selling a faulty and unreliable medical device. I strongly advise others to avoid this product and save yourself from the risk and the hassle.

Best product in many respects
Feed back sent through email. The product is excellent. There is scope of improvement by supplying test strips packed and sealed individually in plastic instead of putting them all together in plastic bottle.
