I got this wireless gaming headset because my friends all have high end headsets and I had the Xbox base model headset. The ear cups feel great. After long periods of having them on they don't cause me any discomfort. After receiving this headset there were no instructions inside so I had to figure out the setup myself. The setup was trial and error but I figured it out quickly. The headset needs to be charged out of the box but that is a given. The setup box as I call it plugs into your Xbox and pairs with the headset. There LED's on the side of the headset and the setup box that stops blinking when it's paired. The sound quality was amazing. You can turn the game volume up separate from the chat volume. The mic is detachable in case you don't need it and just want to use them as headphones. They are durable because I am hard on my headset in the heat of a game. The range is good on the receiver. I can walk out of the room and still hear my game. Overall the quality is great and I recommend this headset for gaming.

At first, I LOVED these. Great sound, great mic and chat. They quickly became my fave! But, in the last month....the mic no longer works and trying to charge the headset involves patience and setting it just so. This is due to the jack being jacked up....for who knows why . I am going to miss them because they are comfortable and the sound was great. Unfortunately without the ability to use the mic and having to perform insane acts in order for it to charge......I shall be looking for a new pair....

Impossible to charge -the cord falls right out and doesn’t fit correctly. It took a bit of time to finally get our refund.

Dont get me started on this. Payed 11$ for 2 day shipping. Showed up 8 days later. They reimbursed my 11$ and get it today and both ear buds are left sound. let me clarify it was like somebody put two left speakers on this product. they work but not how I want. My wife was right about all this

Finicky from the time of purchase. Frequently cuts out and limited time of use between charges. And now the headset won't turn off and the receiver doesn't recognize that it's turned on...? Just an overall frustrating experience.

Im getting power im able to speak but am getting zero game sound idk if i have to wait for the headset to charge or what but as cool as they look i would like for them to work if anyone can help me out please message me

I've gone through instructions multiple times and I'm only getting mic audio and no game audio. Very disappointed with this.

Need the kinetic to actually be wireless can't listen so game audio need to be loud to talk while using microphone

They worked good for a few months but didn't last long. I started to get a constant buzzing sound and the Mic connection started to cut in and out. I liked the design and the sound was great until the buzzing started but it definitely lacked quality. Would not buy again.
