Pretty, Pretty Good
Lemon is my favorite flavor.. It has a decent Lemon aide taste for zero calories. I do not get a strong, nasty chemical taste from this product. I prefer it hands down to Vitamin Water. There is natural caffeine in this product, though it is pretty mild, and it does not have an effect on me.
