I bought two of these for different locations for my PT exercises. It was simple to inflate - the stem is cleverly hidden in the side of the pump handle and inflated quickly and easily. I pulled the stem out and there was no noticeable leakage of air. I did detect a chemical odor and am hopeful that dissipates in a day or two.I’ve used the ball for SI Joint Correction (between my knees), for Standing Heel Raise (between my heels), and for Supine Bridge (between my knees). It worked wonderfully and the ball never slipped out of place. Great value for the money and hopefully it will last a long time. I am heeding the advice of another reviewer who said not to keep it on painted surfaces, just in case.

I was looking for the Silver Sneakers sized ball and this was it! I use this ball every day and it has held its air. I initially overinflated it and my husband taught me to unscrew the needle from the pump and insert the needle without the pump to let the air out. Great size, great quality, great grip!
