Love this chalk. Sticks to my hands and leaves NO mess. I was a crossfitter for years and this kept me from sliding on the bar. I now use dumbbells and the chalk makes it so much easier for grip. One application usually serves to be enough.

Great chalk. It doesn’t have that strong alcohol smell. I use it for deadlifts and it keeps my hands dry and gives me a much better grip. I sweat a lot so I have to reapply once or twice during a session. Definitely get this chalk if your gym doesn’t allow powder. Washing it off is easy too, soap and water does the trick. Best part is that it doesn’t dry your hands out like most of the cheaper brands. I only wish it had a ring to clip it onto my gym bag.

Great product! Helped my deadlift go up 10-20#, and doesn't kick up into the air. My gym prohibits dry chalk, but this is allowed. It will leave chalk on your clothes (washes off, but if you wear dark colors, you'll probably get hand prints on your pants, etc), but it does not make big clouds of dust. My only complaint about this product is that it does have a strong fragrance. It takes some getting used to, but it's not horrible.

This is the best chalk product I have ever used. It is convenient to use and is virtually non messy with its convenient distribution system. The chalk not only prevents slippage but also prevents most of your callouses from forming. But the best part is I have increased my lifting weights faster. Try it out its the best.

I'm very happy with this liquid chalk. My gym has recently banned powder chalk because of the mess people were making and this is a good loophole around that. A little goes a long way with this and dries quickly. My hands stayed dry throughout all my sets and my hands did not get slippery at all no matter how much weight I stacked for deadlifts. You will notice it rubbing off on your clothes a bit especially on dark colors, but hey it is still chalk after all. Overall this keeps my hands dry and prevents the need for wrist wraps so that you gain the grip strength while lifting. And the fact that it comes with two bottles is great, I split the cost with my friend and we both get one. Definitely worth the money.

Bought this due to gym not allowing chalk. Leaves almost no visible residue on the bar. I don't think you would notice it unless you were specifically looking for it. Dries very quickly and keeps hands dry. Helps with grip just as much as normal chalk. I primarily use this product for heavy deadlifts, and haven't had any issues with it yet.

I had bought this product before and it was great, just chalk and some aloe liquid, did the job, no smell, and no nasty chemicals seeping into my skin. When I finally ran out I went to my old orders told amazon to order it again, but what I got is not the same. This new product has a strong chemical smell that doesn't go away even when you rinse your hands, it smells like cancer waiting to happen. I don't see the option to buy the original formula, so I am going to have to find a new brand, or figure out how to make my own.

Gives decent coverage. Haven't tried it on any really heavy lifts yet but it works better than nothing for sure. But it feels weird, like almost pasty or oddly smooth on your palms. This is the 4th brand of liquid chalk I've tried and there are always differences in consistency and coverage but this is the only one that feels this way. Also I don't get the banana scent. Is it a result of their formula or just added so it goes along with the gorilla branding? I don't like it and it lingers.

I really like this liquid chalk. First try, the texture was a bit different from the chalk I had previously used so I wasn’t sure how well it would work but it turns out it is very grippy. The format is super convenient to drag around the gym. Excellent product, I would recommend.

This is my first time writing an amazon review. Gonna keep it short. It doesn’t work. You will not feel that sticky, strong grip feeling. If you want a better one, go for MyProtein’s liquid chalk
