There has been some quality issues in the past. I am black I give the second chance and this time it's a same old taste if not better

Rusks are tasty and crispy

Have ordered Polka several times from Amazon as the rusks are crisp and way better than other rusk brands. The brand is not available in Mumbai and am ok to even pay additional delivery charges as the product is extremely good. In earlier deliveries not even a single rusk of the pack of 6 used to be broken, however this time all packs had almost half rusks broken. This was despite the same packaging as earlier that is bubble wrapped rush packs inside a cardboard box. No tampering of packaging so the initial product would have been broken before shipping.

Amazing deterioration in quality as compared to last order.The toast are soggy,not at all crisp, not well baked and are very small in size.Not sure about the weight too.Appear to be from a rejected lot.It appears that seller/manufacturer after gaining acceptance by supplying good quality in the begining is now not focussing on quality but flooding the market with poor products.

The product delivered on Amazon is not matching in taste and quality as you get when you buy normally. These are seemingly over cooked and delivered in broken state.

As per expectations, crisp and tasty. good value for money
