Delphie and the Birthday Show (Magic Ballerina, Book 6) Paperback – Illustrated, October 1, 2008

My daughter loves this series. We first discovered them at the library, but they only had the first 2. Amazon had lots more. She began to read them in 2nd grade. The stories are fun in themselves, but the added bonus are these add to the aspiring ballerina using words they word here while in their ballet lessons. They also incorporate real ballets and character from those ballets. A much different and needed twist then the Rainbow Magic fairy series which seem to be the same story over and over again. I just wish it were easier to get all of the Magic Ballerina series over here, I don't see a trip to England in my near future.

Quite a thriller and very interesting.

I buy these for my daughter who is a mature 7 yr old, absolutely loves them, great reading level, she probably started properly free reading about 6 - 8 months ago. Challenging enough to develop her reading, yet easy enough for her to follow and enjoy the stories by herself. Great to be able to collect the series, further motivating the reading!

Another excellent book in the series. Our grand-daughter loves ballet & enjoys reading all the books. Excellent value too, will definitely be ordering more books.
