Great BBQ!
This was a much anticipated purchase. The colour is superb and the size of the grille is just right. Was not easy to assemble push pins in the legs - plus they are poorly made. And the height is just a bit too short for me. Overall a bit clankly but works really well.

I finally got one after trying my hand on charcoal BBQ with a Smokey Joe that I got for free. Charcoal BBQ is worth the little bit of extra work. It takes a little longer to get the charcoals hot enough even with a chimney, and cleanup takes a minute to empty ash from the bowl into the ash catcher underneath. It's definitely easier than the classic model and it's worth the extra cost. The material, especially the bowl, seems high quality and a nice finish. The assembly manual was confusing for the leg assembly, but the BILT app helped. I didn't have to look up a Youtube video. What I was most impressed with is their customer service. My first time using it, the lid slid off the bottom bowl as I was closing it. It fell and hit a corner of my concrete stair. It left a very noticeable chip and I was kicking myself for not being more careful. After searching for ways to prevent rust from the spot, I read that someone had their parts replaced for free during the warranty period. I thought I would give it a try by sending them an email. They got back to me for a photo and shipping address and promptly shipped a replacement lid to my house free of charge. They won me for life.
