Very good dvd

This is a great show for children! Always a good lesson to learn and lots of fun to watch. It's funny, heartwarming, exciting, even suspenseful sometimes! It's nice to look at unlike so many shows for kids that have ugly characters. There's no obnoxious or inappropriate content like belching or crude talk. The music is fun! There are a couple of episodes we skip, (like the Halloween one) but all the rest are golden! It does mention millions of years when talking about dinosaurs, which some families may appreciate being aware of.

Now this one is old school, I remember this when I was really young. One of the first cartoons I actually remember. I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to start collecting all the old cartoons I used to watch and share them with my nieces and nephews. Some of the new "cartoons" today, to me, are just horrible. At least these older cartoons just seem way more wholesome and even more educational in some respects. All of the kids really like this, it makes them happy, and makes me happy. Really great addition to the library.

My kids LOVE it. Everyone loves watching it in the car as we go places. My kids range from 2-12.

Such a great set! Came exactly as described. The kids LOVE watching it. I keep this in our car, so that they associate long car rides with a calm, peaceful, collection. At home, our son tries to constantly watch the fast-paced stuff like Paw Patrol. So, I like keeping some balance in our lives. The Berenstein Bears are always so wholesome and teach such great lessons. Even though I'm driving (or in the front passenger seat), unable to watch...I'm able to listen. It's even a good stress reliever for me! It's a feeling of nostalgia, and reminds me of childhood. It's such a great value! So many great stories. Highly, highly recommend! (As others have probably mentioned, you don't get to choose each title, or always know what's what - but my kiddos don't care. I just switch out the DVDs, and it eventually gets to all their favorite stories again. I see some playlists in the reviews).

For those who are on the hunt for the original 1985 episodes, these aren't it. These are those early 2000's episodes from PBS kids. Still, at least I have something to add to my Film and Television collection.

Great buy for in case the internet goes down and you can't access YouTube! It's a must have for physical media lovers!

This is such a wonderful series. Life lessons and wholesome fun.

Our family loves it. It is safe and wholesome and build charater. You can leave the room and not be worried about what the kids might hear or see. There is one episode that involves holloween (which we skip) but all the rest are great. Enjoy!

This DVD has provided my grandchildren with hours of of fun - we watch one or two before bed when they visit and discuss the lessons in the video.
