verseo hair zapper system
Have only had it a month so no significant hair diminishing yet. However I feel it rush down the hair shafts when working just like when I went to a professional epi person. I had mixed results from them too. It works on dark hairs better than my new gray hairs which are my primary issue on my chin. But the feel is correct so hope it will work. Btw the professionals say to not pluck during treatment, shave (gross) so that u r retreating the same hair and multi zaps will kill resistant ones

Edit: it works for a couple of weeks max and stops working
Edited Review Original 5 stars Review: It works It needs getting used to and the instructions are not clear but once one you figure it out it works quit good One thing to do as soon as you get it is throw iut the cheap battery that it comes with and put on Duracell or Energizer or something decent, it'll make a meaningful difference I tried all the 3 methods I only liked the tweezer method, they way it works is, put some gell on the tweezer (on the metal part where the tweezer tips will meet when you squeez) and with your other hand tough the silver button on the pen that is below the lights, and just hold a single hair with the tweezer, the green light should come on, it'll stay on for 20 seconds and go off, then try to pull their out, if there is still resistance do it again and again untill you can pull it off easily If the light doesn't go green, or goes green for a couple of seconds and goes off it means that you have to reapply gell or just change the angle or just move to another hair and come back to it later I know that it takes work and it takes time but to be able to do it yourself at home and without poking yourself is something I didn't think was possible Revised Review: It was so good until it descided to stop working I changed the battery I followed all the steps that made it work well when it used to work but it just stopped working, now even if I treat a hair 20 times it wouldn't die, became 100% useless I was so excited I thought I finally found a device that I can use at home by myself but it was tooooo good to be true

Question reaults
Nice kit with everything described in one place however I have not seen any reduction in hair growth I find it different and time consuming to use

Does what it says
I have had this product for almost a year and it does an excellent job after you tweeze those hairs of getting rid of dark facial hairs on the face permanently. Do get sometime very light white hairs that are hardly noticeable you would have to be standing nose to nose to see them but a quick use and they don’t come back for a more than a month. It is painless and fast and your face doesn’t get red like it does it you go to and electrolysis. I consider this a very good buy.

Worst direction ever
I never seen direction so badly written. I am so confused with this item. First is refers to the Clip as Silver sometimes & other times it says its Gold. Sometimes its says the Green lead & sometimes it says the Purple lead. There is also White leads. II sent a message to the company last week but they never got back to me. I wanted to ask them about the face pads. It say's only the rectangular pad gives the treatment, with the white lead but you also have to put the Circular pad near it, with the purple lead. So is it the lead or pads that does the treatment. The direction are different on body parts. Then you have to pluck everything. Don't know if I pluck under both pads or what. How can I possible know which hairs to pluck. If I pluck hairs that have not been treated then they will return even thicker. I am frustrated. Does anyone have a phone number to contact this company ?

It works but takes up too much time!
This actually was working pretty well on my facial hair. The only problem I really had was the fact you could only do tiny spots at a time. This works better than the 200.00 laser hair remover of bought. I ended up returning this item only because it was so time consuming. But I really did notice that it took alot longer for the hair to grow back as apposed to the laser hair remover and with this product you don't have to shave your face like you do with the laser remover which I hated. I really didn't use it long enough to see if the results were permanent. Wish the tip was larger so I could have tried it on my under arms I just don't have time to do the larger areas.

Get what you pay for.
Basically worthless. I have noticed some permanent hair loss in the areas I used it. Keep in mind, though, that I meticulously electrocuted the same areas and plucked the hairs at least six times each, only to lose half of the hairs there permanently. I would recommend using your money to get a real electrolysis done professionally. Or at least get an electrolysis system with a needle.

No Overnight Success
Received my product earlier than expected. YEAH! Been using for a month now and I believe it is working but treatment is much more involved than I expected. There's a science to it so keeping track of it and actually doing the treatments is time consuming. (500 hairs in a square inch, 20% of them grow at same time for 2 weeks of active growth.) Permanent? I can't comment on yet, according to the enclosed pamphlet, I may not know for 8-12 weeks. Disclaimer: hairs that grow back are actually new hairs and the area will have to be treated again to remove these hairs while they are in an active growth cycle. Plucking is required for removal of treated hairs which as they claim is painless however, inactive hairs are painful and plentiful(the other 80%),OUCH! My e-pen had faulty wires and have to be replaced-took awhile to figure this out-so I called customer service and they are sending new ones-no problem. This is great but not excited about having to pay for the shipping. Typos in instruction manual. Electrode pads have limited uses so will have to continually order new supplies ($19.95 per set). Initial unit costs much less than professional treatments but by the time I achieve complete, permanent hair removal-who knows? I guess I will find out, maybe you'll just decide to shave.

I received the item quickly, however the electrical lead for the body pads seems to be broken. An email sent to supplier has received no reply in about two weeks. Otherwise, tweezers and qtip application seems to work okay.

Not expecting the miracle. But the procedure is not convenient and is painful. Plus the $50 shipping fee, the price is not cheap at all. But I think it worth a try because I was willing to remove some eyebrows as well. however, no matter if I use the pointer or the pad, I have to use a squeeze to remove the hair after the electronic procedure. So, it's still painful, and it did not really remove my hair. They are still growing!

Button warms up too much when on for probe. Sometimes have to remove and replace batteries, even new ones, because the cover of the battery holder is slack. It does work, but is frustrating to use.

So far doing pretty much what I expected. I guess some reviewers expected a mirical but I'm more about keepin it real. Already seeing results and I've only actually took the time to do about 5 treatments over a couple months. As long as you're reasonably good at life it shouldn't be very difficult to use. The pads aren't very sticky but I just hold them and they work. You can actually feel the cycle when the reaction takes place but it does not hurt at all. I found that the ground pad or whatever it does gives kinda an itch sensation that is kind of annoying but easy enough to deal with. I don't like the tweezers design but they work well. If you commit to this even a little and do everything properly at the very least you will have not wasted a hundred dollars.

Product came in, easy to use however I’m thinking it’ll be a period of time before seeing expected results.
