These work great. They are high quality and last a long time. The have 3 different layers so that I can lift my heel 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8". One of my legs is shorter than the other and most people have one leg that is longer/shorter than the other. My left leg is 8mm shorter than my right leg and that causes my hips to not be straight, and in turn, that causes me to have lower back pain. By placing one of these in my left shoe, it raises my leg and levels my hips so that I have much less back pain. This is the same brand sold at the Chiropractor's office and I bought my first pair there because they were recommended to help me. These are much cheaper on Amazon, so I bought 3 more pair here on Amazon and now I have them in all the shoes I wear on a regular basis. They really help and they last a long time. Some people put them in both shoes to give cushion for their heels and they work great for that too because they absorb a lot of shock in the heel when you walk. Live life more comfortably and with less pain, and it starts in the feet! I highly recommend these!

Works good to shift pressure off of heel. Does not provide any cushioning.

I have used this product for a number of years, because my left leg is 2/3 inch shorter than my right. A doctor had recommended that I put an 1/2 inch lift inside my shoes or sandals and that would help my chronic back ache. He was right and I have been keeping these lifts in my shoes ever since. They are made with 3 layers that peel apart so that you can adjust them to the thickness you require. They have small, medium and large sizes. I use the medium. I have used other 1/2 inch hard plastic inserts made by another company, but these are supple and much kinder to the heel of my foot. I do need need to replace them after several months to a year, but I’m just grateful to have them available.

I have achilles tendinitus and they were doc recommended. Because these were so comfortable and make walking easier I now have several of these so I don't have to change them from shoe to shoe. The size fits. I wear 7.5 and both the small and med work. I did try another brand but they did not provide relief

These inserts fit good in the shoe and seems to be comfortable. But it was too tall for me. Separating layers was not easy. When separating bottom layer it ripped on the middle and was very hard to take off. I was not able to take it off completely. I am using it as is for now. Will be buying different brand.

This orthopedic heel lift was recommended to me by my physical therapist. I couldn’t be more happy with it and it has helped me tremendously. One leg is longer than the other plus I have scoliosis. When I placed the lift in my left shoe the results were amazing! I can now go on walks and go up and down the stairs without any pain. I highly recommend them.
