Are these made with Teflon?

can you use metal utensils inside cookware?

I suppose you COULD, but I use good quality silicone utensils because metal utensils destroy non-stick cookware prematurely. I love Cook's hard anodized cookware, by the way. I used to cook for a living and these are much better than many brands that cost as much a 3X more. The alternatives to good non-stick cookware is stainless steel and cast iron. But each of those require much more maintenance and care. I own one non-stick stainless steel frying pan and one cast iron pan for times when those pans are absolutely necessary. But even my non-stick stainless steel pan requires much more maintenance than my Cook's hard anodized pans.

Can I get more pots different sizes?

Not sure, but I think so. Just check Amazon.
