Go to the zoo to see the Timken seals
Priced right, shipped fast, installed easily, still holding back the gear oil. I doubt I’ll have to swap these again any time soon, but if I do it won’t be because these have failed. Solid product, would buy again. Used on my 1991 Chevy C1500 with 10 bolt rearend.

Hardest part is removing the old one
I had to pull the axle to replace the backing plate and brake anchor so it seemed like a good idea to replace the seal. I coated the lip with gear lube before I put the axle back in. Perfect fit for 8.5” 10 bolt Silverado
