I've been dealing with back pain that I'm convinced is caused by a weak back and poor posture. I decided to try a weighted vest to improve my back/core strength and initially bought a much cheaper brand, thinking the difference in quality wouldn't merit a higher price. After one short walk with the prior vest, my neck and shoulders were killing me! After doing some research, I found this vest and couldn't be happier! The design - with the adjustable laces around the torso - ensure that the weight is supported by the back and abs, rather than just hanging from the shoulders. The weights are easy to insert, the laces are easy to adjust, and the fit is very comfortable. I highly recommend this weighted vest, especially if you're concerned about neck/shoulder pain that comes with other brands.

I bought a cheap one on Amazon prior to this one… absolutely wrecked my shoulders and back. Apparently I carry my stress in my shoulders. I needed a vest more fitted and comfortable for my back. THIS was the answer!! This is the lowest priced vest this company has and it’s amazing. I can’t imagine how amazing the expensive one is! This one is affordable and worth it!!!

Perfectly customizable. Fit is great and forms to the body so heavy duty training does not have weights moving against flow. Definitely recommend this vest. I have tried others but this one is above and beyond.

Small fit well (5 ft 1 in, 91 pounds). Got this for osteoporosis. It is comfortable and I like that there are no hook and loop fasteners (also known as Velcro) since that always snags my clothes. The only thing that can be improved are the pockets for the weights. The top row all have flaps which secure the weights in the pockets. The bottom row pockets do not have flaps and they fall out daily while I am working out. I solved this by stitching the pocket closed, and if for some reason I have to remove the weights, I will just remove the stitches.

I love this vest! I tried my husband’s weighted vest, but it put too much pressure on my shoulders, so I wanted one that I could cinch closely to my sides. This has been perfect. Such an easy way to add a little extra something to the daily walks I was already doing. I also appreciate that it’s low profile and could fit under a loose shirt if I wanted to wear it discreetly. My one complaint is that I wish it could hold more than 10 pounds. I just wasn’t willing to spend more money on the upgraded versions that hold more weight.

This vest is amazing. I bought two other vests and had to return them because they were causing a lot of shoulder pain from the weight pulling down on the shoulders. This vest has all the weight on the torso area and you’re able to really tighten it on the sides so it’s not pulling down on the shoulders. I’ll finally be able to work out comfortably without the shoulder pain. So glad I found this vest!

A physical therapist who tested many brands recommended this brand. Size runs small, so I recommend getting one size larger.As part of an experiment, I wore this vest 8 hours a day for 3 weeks. It was comfortable to wear for most of that time, and it looks the same as when I first took it out of the box! The material is breathable yet durable. I like the design - the weights are placed around the abdomen/lower back.After my experiment, one of my friends who didn’t know about my experiment noticed that I had lost inches.Perfect for anyone who wants to lose weight/inches and/or build bone/muscle mass.

After finding out I have mild osteoporosis I bought this vest as part of my determination to turn it around.I'm 5'4", medium/small build, and followed the advice to size up when in doubt, but had to exchange for small because of impact with every step while I run. The small is perfect and I can run in comfort.The 10 pound weight is perfect- enough to really feel it without putting me at high risk of knee issues, etc. I started with 5 and added a pound each day (my doctor's suggestion.) Several friends have seen me running the dog with the vest on and ordered the same thing, some after recognizing how much nicer it is than what they already have.I do wish it came with reflective stripes for extra visibility especially since many of us run before or after work in low light.Highly recommend this product.
