As an owner of an online business I found this book extremely useful when deciding which marketing strategies would be most effective for my brand. In particular the in depth way Lea-Greenwood explores purchasing behaviour is invaluable when trying to understand the consumer. The book is really well written, in laymans terms (even those who have zero marketing experience would fail to not understand) and the theory is further explained by informative case studies. The layout makes the book easy to navigate, as the detailed descriptions of each chapter allow you to dip in and out as you need to. A great read. and for business owners looking to adopt marketing strategies, I'd highly recommend it!

Purtroppo, non ho fatto caso alla data di pubblicazione. È un libro completamente superato dall'attuale situazione di mercato. Nel 2022, praticamente inutile se non per capire com'ERA il marketing della moda quasi dieci anni fa!
