A brand of stocking that is a reasonable size fitment, and that I can put on without ripping.
I'm a bloke, and I have strong clumsy hands (those of an early forties tradesman). I have to wear a stocking due to extensive (and some rough) surgery I've endured on one of my legs.I'm not that keen on wearing what feels like a laides tight so these things are a bone of contention fro me to wrestle with each morning when dressing. I'm from the era where we don't identify as anything other than what we are, but nonetheless it gets boring when other blokes ask why I have a single tight on when I'm wearing shorts. I usually say our lass has the other one on, but I enjoy how it feels against my skin so I stole one before I left for work :-DAnyway, the fitment is almsot spot-on, my constructive criticism is that they are too long/high, and the band at the top is significantly tighter than the thigh area of the tight. With this in mind it's possible that for me this band is actually preventing my lymph action and retaining fluid in my thigh. If I pull a stocking over a wet foot straight from the shower, it's almost a certainty that I'll rip it with my grip and then I say naughty words in frustration. These tights however seem immune to my impatience and disappointment of having to wear one.The texture is nice and soft/rubbery and the thickness/gauge is also decent. One thing that others can agree on is how irritating it is to end up with a saggy fold of tight behind the knee :-IThese seem to stay up long enough that I only make several corrections throughout the day and not one every time I get up from a chair like I have to with other brands. To combat the excess length/height, I fold most of the tight back down over my thigh and have double-thickness there. This also helps with the over-tight elastic band at the top.I'd like to see the seller either take requests for different heights, or offer the same graduated compression but in one that's significantly shorter. Also as mentioned the silicone band at the top is far much tighter than it needs to be and may actually hinder efficacy.3/5 as it's just too long.

These work for me.
I have used NHS knee length compresssion stockings for over 30 years, because of repeated DVTs in my calf and varicose veins being removed. Recently I have needed a full-length one to control swelling from lymph fluids after a hip replacement. I have bought four different makes. In my case, at maximum size as I am a big, 6ft 2in, 18st, guy. The commercial brands all claimed to provide the same compression as the NHS ones, but they don't, they are much tighter, streatch a lot less, are therefore harder to get on and uncomfortable to wear. Then I found these. They are streachier thatn the NHS ones, provide the same compression, are easy to put on and are comfortable to wear. It is amazing how quality of life is improved by not having uncomfortable swollen legs.

Very Comfortable Thigh Compression Stockings
Just wanted to leave a review of your Beister Product from Amazon.Beister 20-30mmHg Thigh Compression Stockings with Silicone Band XLI have compared these with a more expensive brand and actually by comparison the ones I ordered here are substantially better.Long in the leg so they get to the top of my thigh. Stay up all day. Can finally go for a proper walk without them falling down. Make my legs feel so much lighter.Confidence and better circulation to my heart. Which now allows me to be active again without my legs hurting.Am wearing these a week post Sclerofoam Surgery and they are easy to get on with a foot slipper aid and opaque so the veins donβt show through. And they look like leggings which is even better !I am soon going to order the open toe variety.I thought you would like this feedback.Thank you very muchAmazon Customer.

Hold up on their own
I've had these stockings about an hour & put them straight on. They fit like a glove and the best thing is. They hold up on their own. The ones issued by the NHS kept slipping and I had to buy a very uncomfortable belt to keep them up.I love that these are foot footless, I can wear strappy sandles with my trousers. I bought XL I'm only 5'2 but have big legs. They are slightly too long but even turned over at the top they are comfortable. Love them β€οΈ

Sizing is way off
I checked my measurements and followed advice if between sizes to go up a size.So I ordered the XL although this seemed too big I can see from other comments they are an odd fit and especially tight on the thighs which for my measurements usually 2 sizes above my calf. They were huge, I have an inside leg of around 33" and they went from ankle up to crotch and could still have turn ups on the ankle! not the 51.5cm (well under) suggested when looking at the diagram of where to measure your thigh. They offered me no compression (I took off a pair of athletic compression leggings with a lower rating to try them on and could barely notice them doing anything when they should have felt stronger) they were very loose on my ankle and thigh would definitely have slipped down after some wear.Ankle is 19cmCalf 33 cmThigh 52cm based on where the XL come to. Based on the description of where to measure it is actually my knee π so if I measure from ankle to the 49-50cm depending if I try M or L next it is 34cm if I ignore the advice of where to measure to and take it based on diagram and where stockings usually sit it's 48cmHad I not seen the advice to go up a size if in between I would have ordered L which maybe be okay but the XL was that big I might for go for M nextI would suggest if you are tall and slim then may not need to go up a size. It's very difficult to work out what body shape these are designed for as thigh ratio to rest of them appears like it would be too tight for many.I wear XS skins compression tights and Zone3 ST are a bit loose and not quite long enough in the thigh if that helps you have an idea of fit.Hopefully I will have more luck with a smaller size without it feeling like they will cut my thigh in 2 :)I have returned, they seemed like okay quality etc but I can't comment on wear, comfort etc
