I've solved this puzzle quite a few times and have had no complaints at all. The puzzle came with a small amount of lube (which got on my hands just a bit at the beginning but wasn't a big deal) making it turn very smoothly. I've had no issues with popping and the gentle locking mechanism helps lock your turns into the correct position before continuing. I'd recommend this to anyone who want a puzzle meaningfully more challenge that the pyraminx that turns just as well.

Bought for my son, it turns smoothly and is a hard challenge for him to solve!

Bought this for Christmas present, only used it a handful of times. It fell apart when accidentally dropped it from less than 50cm. Very poor quality, return it back to seller.

This is definitely NOT A SPEED CUBE (tetrahedron). The pieces are just too loose for speed, and it jams every time when you try one finger flick rotations. You definitely have to pay attention to hold the whole block you want to rotate with one of your hands, and the rest with your other hand, and do the rotation gently; otherwise, some other pieces will get going by themselves, stopping the move. Looking for one finger rotations? Looking for easy rotations? Look for a better built item. Is it fun? Yes. Is it fast? LOL. This would tear apart in the hands of a young enough kid right after a few moves. Not worth 20 something bucks either. If you are looking for a fast item, look for somewhere else.
