Not sure if Turmeric really works but at a good price like this it doesn't hurt.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Per an Ayurvedic doctor, I have taken 3 capsules a day for over 20 years. Great anti-inflammatory. If your nose runs when you eat, this stops it after 3 or 4 days if you stay on it. Also works on allergies. It can drop your BP so start with a lower dose. I keep several jars on hand. Swanson's a good reliable company so a definite buy.
