I can’t even put into words how AMAZING the quality of this 3D custom crystal is, pictures do not do it justice!! This was a gift for my mother after the recent, sudden and tragic passing of my father. We all were amazed at the details in the Crystal. There are different options with sizes, Small- then small premium, Medium- then medium premium, etc., and the premium is more high definition based off of what the description says. I did not pay the extra for the premium and I do not know how this could have gotten any more high definition and clear!! I ordered the LED base to go with it, and got the regular one not color changing…however it came with the color changing one. I am not sure if I was upgraded to the premium and color changing base at no extra cost by some mistake or what, but I am extremely grateful it happened either way since I could not afford those add ons! I have already shared the link to many others asking where I got it from. 10/10 would recommend!!

I have used this ArtPix company 4x now for gifts to family members, with the last time being at Christmas. I lost my Precious Cat well over a year ago, but think about him so often, that my boys got me my own Crystal piece for Christmas! This is truly an AMAZING Memorable Lifetime Keepsake! It captures every feature of my kitty and keeps his memory close too my heart! But let me tell you why I am so impressed with this particular company.First: We do not have those Fancy Phones that take professional pictures. Our pictures are medium quality at best, nevertheless, ArtPix managed too take our pictures and turn them into masterpieces! All 4 of the gifts I ordered turned out Fabulous! You do have to follow some simple procedures so it fits properly and to upload the photo, but if I can do it, anyone can, lolSecond: They are really Fast! My Kitty keepsake arrived within 4 days and it was Christmas Time!Third: They package their items really well! I have never had any of my orders damaged, not even a scratch! The Decorative Box is really nice, especially for gift giving. They do include a lit display stand that is boxed separately. You can upgrade the stand, but it does cost extra. I also believe it comes with a cleaning kit.Fourth: They take the time to place the pictures and wording where it will look the best! I was at the limit on the amount of words I could use and was a little concerned as to how it was going too look on the pieces. I have seen other companies just cram all the wording at the bottom and it ran into the picture making it look Bad! ArtPix took the time too place my wording in a eye pleasing place. As you will see from the picture. They did the same on one of my other gifts!Fifth: On one of the gifts, I was missing a cleaning kit. I contacted them, they got back to me same day and overnighted the kit!! YayyyyNow, with all that being said, these are costly pieces, no doubt! They do have different sizing and pricing but there definitely not cheap! What I can tell you is the Quality is Exceptional with ArtPix and should last you a lifetime. I certainly can’t afford to give these as gifts often, but when I want that really really special gift that no one has, this is where I Go. I Hope this Helps you Guys.

After carefully designing the image in the heart, I waited expectantly and was NOT disappointed! The overall quality of the final product exceeded my expectations and as a 42nd wedding anniversary gift to my wife it turned out to be JUST PERFECT! Oh - she also discovered that you can see the image from BOTH sides, and so it makes it perfect to display on the table behind our couch that faces two-ways!

These are beautiful gifts to get for someone who is very special to you. I got a small one for my mom for Mother's Day of her dog Daisy and I was worried about the quality and detail because it came wrapped up in really nice quality paper of my choice with a bow so I wasn't able to see it first. I was very happy and very impressed with everything and she was also so it was definitely a great decision to purchase it for her for Mother's Day. You have to make sure you have a very nice quality photo in order to get the details and for the 3D effect to really pop.

I placed this item on order and was informed it would be delivered in 1 day. My thought was the product would be of poor quality as it would take time to put the picture and the inscription. My thought improved with I was told it would be 2 days but was still skeptical. I received the package and set it aside for a few days with the intention of surprising my wife on Mother's Day. When she opened the package and I see it I was totally taken aback by the beauty and workmanship on this Crystal. I am totally satisfied with this purchase (as is my wife).

This picture turned out beautiful . I did not purchase this picture for myself, but my son did on my account so his wife wouldn’t find out. A picture of his wife & first daughter when she was small turned out just gorgeous. It was the perfect gift for Mother’s Day from her oldest girl.

Make sure it’s a colorful picture you send in. I sent a light one with light background and wasn’t as good as I expected. My granddaughter and her fiancé loved it.
