I usually purchase Lou Corona's probiotic powder (works great in vegan "cheese" recipes), but I thought I'd try PuraLiyf since it has enzymes added in as well. These have helped with my digestion in amazing ways, and I feel so much better after taking them twice daily (first thing in the morning, last thing before bed) for about three weeks.
