Molecular Research Labs Garcinia Cambogia Extract Diet Supplement, 1,500 mg

This is a truthful review. I am a real person. I am a 49.5 yr old woman who is trying to lose the last 10 lbs and having a really hard time controlling my hunger, especially in the evening, AND I am on the hcg diet.I received my Garcinia Cambogia on three days ago and honestly read through everyone's reviews and all the video's from Dr Oz as well as reading the various research papers published. I thought I have nothing to lose except $25 so I ordered it. I can honestly say that it has really caused my appetite to disappear! The interesting thing is that the whole day will go by and I realize I hadn't eaten lunch. I eat breakfast every morning and then take 2 capsules. I took one capsule the first day not knowing what to expect for myself when others reported dizziness etc. (I am a female 5'4 and weigh 125 lbs) and I was hungry 4 hrs after I took it. I had absolutely no symptoms of dizziness or any other side effects (which I have had on other appetite suppressants). I now take 2 capsules mid morning and then another 2 in the very late afternoon just before dinner. This seems to get me through my witching hour which is around 930 pm when I am circling my fridge looking for anything crunchy, salty or sweet to eat before bed. I am taking 3000 mg a day so far for 2 full days with no ill effects AND I really have the absence of hunger. I will say I am on the hcg diet. I am 'supposed' to be eating 600 calories a day. They gave me 2 non prescription appetite suppressants that did not work and I did not lose any weight, in fact I was gaining because I was SO hungry in the evening with such a low caloric intake all day I couldn't stand it. I only have 10 ish pounds to lose and they are the hardest plus I work out so my body is craving and wondering where those calories are.I highly recommend it. I will order more. It got me through the weekend which prior to me ordering it I plowed through a lot of cookies and popcorn and Melba toast and whatever else I could find in my kitchen. Last night I went to bed and realized I had not even snacked at all! I have had no side effects of which I have had on 2 other 'natural' appetite suppressants.My approach was to try one bottle and if it worked I would order more, of which I will. Yes they will send you a free bottle for writing a review. I disclose that upfront. I would have written this anyway and paid and even though I will get a free bottle, I will continue to buy it even once my free one is finished!

Okay, I first learn about this product from the crappy advertising on facebook and Dr Oz supposedly endorses this product for weight loss. I went to trusty old amazon and located this product and the high reviews got my attention. Well, needless to say I took the first dose last night, my stomach was nauseous for 6 hours, I would rather use will power, then feel sick for several hours. I went wheat free a few months ago and my blood pressure has drop and my doctor could not believe the improvement in my blood work from going wheat free. So I was pretty healthy except for a couple of pounds I need to lose before trying out this product. Another thing that bothered me was a label was applied on bottle of pills covering up the instructions and the bar code was cross out with permanent marker??? This product is all over the place on internet and the FDA cannot recommend for safe use. The chemical in it HCF or whatever it is can cause liver damage also. I also had diarrhea for several hours today from taking the pill last night. Someone else mentioned these short reviews look fake, I never knew about the fake reviews and will be very wary before purchasing another product on amazon. I did return the product today!!! BUYER BEWARE, they are probably going to bombard this site with good reviews to drown out my crappy one!!!

I am on day 3 using this product. I have been taking 1 capsule twice a day, as suggested on the bottle. I take my first capsule around 7am when I get up, and than my next capsule around 5pm, or about an hour before dinner. So far, this product seems to help a little with appetite suppression, but it seems I may need to take more capsules, to achieve the desired suppression that I am looking for. I first heard about Garcinia Cambogia on the Dr Oz show, and his advice was to take 3000 mg a day for best results. These capsules are only 750mg, and at twice a day 1500mg would only be half of the 3,000 mg suggested for best results. I will continue to use this product as suggested for a full 7 days. If I don't see the results I am looking for after 7 days, I will continue to increase the dose to see if it helps. This product cost nearly $26 for a 30 day supply (60 750mg capsules) which is only 1,500 mg/day. If I find that I have to increase the dose to really make this stuff work, I may have to find a stronger/different product. So in summary, it seems to be working, but not as good as I hoped. I haven't had any issues with bad side effects, so far. At $26 a bottle this stuff isn't exactly cheap, and If I have to take 4 capsules instead of 2 to make it really work, the cost will double!! I will continue to update. ***UPDATED 7 days after using this product*** 7 days after first starting this product, the results seem to be about the same. I have since gone from 2 pills a day, to 3 pills, for better hunger suppression. I think I am going to have to up the dose to 4 pills a day, to get to where I want to be. The good news is that the company will give you a free bottle of this product for writing a review on Amazon. The bad news is that the price will double to around $52.00/month for twice the amount of the product, that I think it will take, to make this product work for me. UPDATE #2 I have taken this product for a FULL TWO WEEKS, and I am up to 4 pills/day. I have found that it works best for me to take 2 pills an hour before lunch, and 2 pills an hour before dinner. The only side effect I have found, is that I am Really getting the "runs" almost every day. I will try/experiment with another product once these pills are gone.
