I love it when something from amazon does what it’s supposed to do. Emulator works like a charm and the unit has a real quality feel to it.My only tiny gripe is that the full manual is not included. Just a quick start guide that doesn’t really tell you how to do anything besides clone an EDID. You have to go to their site for an actual manual. Not a big deal but it’s such a small manual that it should be in the box.I need to force certain HDMI resolutions to test equipment we install. Changing it on the pc doesn’t change the active resolution of the hdmi output. It only changes the size of stuff on the screen so we needed a device like this. There’s a way to change real resolution through a gpu setting but we can never get it work.

Funciona perfectamente! Tenía problemas para obtener señal digital de un puerto dvi, con este aparato pude forzar el dispositivo para que por defecto siempre enviase señal digital.

My samsung 305t EDID info screwed up. Tried several other ways to solve it (update EDID via powerstrip, create custom driver, ...) with no success on windows 8.Didn't have to try to program my own mode, since one of the preset modes is 2560x1600, that is just for my 30" LCD.
