I need extra large full face mask?

The ResMed Mirage Quattro full face mask only comes in extra small, small, medium and large. There is no extra large in this particular mask. If you need an extra large in a full face mask then I would recommend the Fisher & Paykel Forma or the Philips Respironics ComfortGel Full. Both of those come in extra large.

Will this Medium cushion fit in the large head gear or do i need to order a new headgear to?

you guys are saying HEADGEAR but the headgear is the stretchy material that goes around the back of ur head- i think what ur talking about is the hard plastic frame that the cushion fits into- and i would guess if ur frame states MEDIUM (size is printed on frame just below the top hole) then u should get med cusion
