I must stress, I have been taking this alongside some other supplements so it's impossible to say whether the improvements I've experienced have been solely down to this one. I have always suffered with PMDD and it has gotten so bad in recent years that I actually had a private consultation where it was agreed I could pay to have a hysterectomy privately after the NHS refused. I suffer throughout most of my cycle with pain in my stomach, back, chest area, head, plus constipation, diarrhoea, nausea and many hormonal symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings, low mood, irritability, fogginess.. the list goes on. I was looking online recently at supplements I could take, based on people who had a similar experience to me and this was one that came frequently recommended. As I said, I can't confirm whether it's solely down to this supplement or not but taking it amongst others has made me feel like a new person. I am still suffering with the symptoms but on nowhere near the same level. I've not been tired for no reason, my head feels clearer, my mood feels more stable and I have more energy. The tablets are quite small and easy to swallow, with no smell. Overall I would recommend these tablets to anyone suffering with menstrual issues. I will definitely be buying them again before I run out!

Nice small tablets unlike the previous brand I was taking and stronger too. If the price remains the same I will buy these again.

Love these. I have tried a few and find these ones work the best for me. Very reasonably priced in comparison to H&B and other supplement suppliers! Easy to swallow.

Helpful for insulin resistance and sleep, not very easy to swallow

A useful addition if you take a Statin
